The 411 is a resource for the First Fridays community to research questions such as: “What neighborhood in Oakland is most comfortable for African-Americans?” “Which San Francisco public middle schools are best?” ‘I’m moving to San Jose. Where can I get my hair cut?” “My wife is looking for Black OB/GYN near Burlingame.
